Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I never post reviews put after today's experience. I felt completely scammed, and I would NEVER come back here. First, I can admit I was later due to traffic and not knowing which side of the building was the office, but I still made it still made it in within the 15 min time frame. The staff that checked me in was nice and really helpful (she had red hair). The problems arise once I got to the doctor. Everything about the experience was rushed and tho she answered some questions, most of her solutions were bare minimum remedies that don't work for most people or she no real answer. To make this long review shorter. The 2 main things i came for were helping with evening my skin tone and something for the psoriasis on my scalp. The doctor told me there's nothing she can do nor recommend for me to even my skin, once I told that I indeed use sunscreen. As for my psoriasis, the doctor told me a medical name for something that should help if i take it consistently. They wrote down what I'll be buying a paper with other stuff printed on it. I left hopeful thinking I had a solution just to then read that she wants me to get ALLEGRA HIVES!!! TO HELP WITH MY PSORIASIS!?!?! I'm not having an allergic reaction!! There's many more details, but I said all that to say I'll never go back, and it was a complete waste of time and money

Absolutely terrible experience!! Rude front desk and brisk nurse- Was told that they didn’t have a service noted on their website “we don’t have that here” which was the entire reason I booked the appointment. Even if the service was unavailable at this SPECIFIC location, the PA that spoke with me could have been more clear with her language & thorough with her time and examination. The entire appointment felt rushed and unprofessional- would absolutely NOT recommend.

I had an appointment with Joanne Nose for a micro-needling session and the results were amazing!! I was told I needed several sessions to see a change in my acne scars but I saw an improvement after just one. My skin had never looked better and I felt more confident taking pictures. I am most likely going to book another session because of how great the first one was.

Went there again today. Fist appointment was with Joanne. She directed me to all the wonderful skincare products available. I was amazed. Truly amazed. Then the beautiful young lady that met me for my skin problems, Erin Hector, amazed me with her knowledge and recommendations. It takes one trip to make you a believer. Thank you AD

refused to cancel an appointment that I did not make. text messages became harassment even after I contacted their office. I have never done business with this clinic and I would not based on this mess.
