I recently saw Allie, a physician's assistant, for my psoriasis, scalp condition, and hair loss. Unfortunately, I found the experience unprofessional and dismissive. When she coldly told me, "You are losing your hair because you're old," it felt like an oversimplified response that ignored the potential connection between my skin condition and hair loss. As someone actively managing a health issue, I expected more thoughtful and respectful guidance. Psoriasis can contribute to hair loss, and I should not have been dismissed so quickly due to age. Her lack of competence and dismissive attitude made the visit feel like a waste of time and money. I eventually sought care elsewhere, where I was properly seen and diagnosed. If you're looking for someone with the expertise and professionalism you deserve, I would recommend finding a more qualified provider.

On time and easy appt. Have already recommended to multiple people and most of my family goes to this location. Office staff are awesome too!

The medical staff was absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. The young lady at the front desk, however, could use some training on good customer service

Lauren & Morgan were both very professional and pleasant. I arrived at my appointment over 1.5 hours early, and the got me in & out an hour before my original appointment time. Super nice & highly competent people.

The entire experience of going to this office for the first time was outstanding! The receptionist, Jenna, the first nurse, Genesis, the assistant to Morgan, Lauren, Morgan herself, and the checkout clerk, Becky, all were amazing and thorough. Highly recommend!
