Audrey Coleman, PA I had the opportunity to see a PA, Audrey Coleman recently, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to examine my face after a previous provider made some mistakes. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly calming and attentive. She listened to my concerns, which immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was her thoroughness in creating a tailored plan to address the issues I was facing. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Overall, I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled care. Brooke Waters is AMAZING! I have been receiving laser treatment at a major competitor for years. So I am comparing my experience with Brooke to previous years of experience with electrolysis/laser hair removal.. Not only is Brooke gentle, informed, professional, and absolutely thorough with everything she does, but I NEVER feel as if I’m being misled or misguided with my treatment. This woman is incredibly in tune with each individual need and desire I had, and she will tell you what the plan is with a reasonable expectation. I walked in looking for 1 laser touchup treatment, as I was displeased and fed up with the previous treatment I had at ideal image, and I walked out buying three packages. Brooke uses top-of-the-line equipment. Most of these other laser facilities that pop up randomly do not use the laser that Brooke uses, the providers at competitors, such as ideal image, are literally rude and have in fact burned my face, which was a terrible experience… Additionally, they flat out refused to give me an appointment before 4 1/2 months elapsed. I stopped going to ideal image bc of this and have now purchased all my packages at ELASE because of Brooke. Elase is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. The concierge and ladies upfront are so kind & pleasant. Everyone there is very professional, skilled, and the ambience is top-tier. However, if not for Brooke, I probably would’ve just purchased 1 touchup treatment that day and left, but because of the level of care and knowledge she displayed, I am now a lifelong customer! I just want to say if you need any laser treatments, Brooke Waters at ELASE Medspa- Town Center location, should definitely be your go to. Initially I went to ELASE for the free one time laser treatment session and consultation they offer online, again, and I left a satisfied customer. Great experience, thank you Brooke! Thank you ELASE! I am so extremely pleased with everything, including the price… I would recommend the town center ELASE location and Brooke Waters to any person looking for laser treatments! I am certain he will leave as satisfied as I did.

I wanted to address the fine lines in my forehead and asking around and researching I found Angie with Elase. She has been amazing, super sweet, makes you feel comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable! I highly recommend her!

Avoid this place at all costs. I went here three months ago for filler and was talked into doing Dysport instead, which I had several times in the past without incident. The injector ran out of product near the end and had to go back to mix up more. The injection sites she did after mixing had a severe reaction that has spread all over my entire face. After extensive medical testing ruling out an allergic reaction, autoimmune issues, and any basic infection, it is the consensus of the doctors that when she mixed the second batch it was either mixed with something it should not have been mixed with or with something that was contaminated. I have completely lost my quality of life due to this incident and have no idea what she used and am still suffering to this day with swollen glands all down my jaw and neck and red inflamed skin all over my entire face. Do not go here, it is not worth the risk.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elase Med Spa for a facial treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience and results. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I'm currently in week 2 of a 4-week facial treatment with Jana, and I'm already seeing some major improvements in my skin. Jana's expertise and passion are evident in every session. She's not only incredibly skilled but also fun and personable, making each visit a delight. She genuinely listens to my concerns and is committed to making a positive difference in my skin's health and appearance. Kristine has also been fantastic, always providing excellent recommendations for my injections. Her advice is spot-on, and I appreciate that both Kristine and Jana are never pushy about treatments or products. They truly have my best interests at heart, which is refreshing in this industry. When I inquired about laser treatments, they advised me to wait until the fall and suggested an alternative treatment that suited my needs better at this time. This level of honesty and tailored care speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their clients. Overall, my experience at Elase Med Spa has been exceptional, thanks to the wonderful care from Jana, Kristine and the team. I can't wait to see the full transformation after my fourth treatment.
