I walked into my first tattoo removal appointment super nervous! The staff made me feel super comfortable and gave me plenty of time to numb. Jenny did my removal and I never felt rushed at any point! She made me feel super tough and brave and the actual laser part took maybe 60 seconds. It was obviously painful but the positive experience was more memorable.

Holly, Maryann and the nurses are always on point. Don’t let some experiences others had deter you - My overall experience so far has honestly been amazing. Excited to be hair free this year (full body😍) and the hydra facials are top notch. Thanks for always taking care of me!!💕

Laser away Jacksonville is unprofessional and doesn't value their customers. In this review I'm giving them 2 stars because the staff is excellent and friendly. However, my low review is related to the company at the corporate level. I had an online invoice that was several months old that I paid in January. I received confirmation online that the invoice was paid in full. A few days later I received a phone call from the office saying that they would have to refund me my money because they weren't going to honor the services that were paid for because the invoice was old. If that's the case they should closed out the invoice so that I couldn't pay it if that offer was truly expired. I felt like they should have honored the invoice because services were already paid for. This also caused me to miss out on other deals because I made decisions based services that I thought I had already paid for.

Terrible customer service! Holley is rude and condescending. I do not recommend spending your money with a place that lacks couth and consistency. The clinicians however are kind and professional, not their fault equipment is faulty. Edit: The owner responds with saying they are actively trying to reach out to me. Which is totally false! My contact info is the same as what they use to confirm my appointments. I have been requesting a record of what I purchased and my appointment visits and still haven’t received the information. It is my opinion as a woman of color that this place isn’t for us. Sure they’ll take your money…but your coin isn’t valued here. I see they had no problem at attempting to rectify concerns of “other” patrons. Yet failed to extend me the same courtesy. I’m not looking for any handouts, just wish I knew my business wasn’t valued at a place before I spent almost 2 grand with them

It was my first time doing Botox and filler, the staff made it so comfortable throughout this whole process! I’m so happy that I did it! Michelle was my nurse and she made it so easy.
