10/10 highly recommended!!! The staff is beyond amazing. One of the things that stands out the most is how genuine the team is here. I felt like I was more than just another patient, getting constant support, tons of words of encouragement, and the welcoming feeling when you walk in still hasn’t left after the 6th that I’ve been coming to see them. I started my weigh loss journey at a WHOPPING 435lbs. Almost 6 months later with the help of the Medex Team I’ve been able to lose about 145lbs, I’ve managed to drop from a size 52 to a size 40 in pants, and went from wearing a 4-5XL shirt down to an XL-2XL shirt! The guidance, tips, and tricks they provide with the weight loss program is the key! As long as you put in the work, the results will come! You’ll have your good weeks and bad weeks but just trust the process and keep going! If I can do it so can you! Thank you Medex!

Dishonest and Discriminatory Medical Clinic. I was initially approved for the program without any issues (see image), but everything changed when I asked to purchase Lipo/B12 shots to take home. I noticed the patient before me left with a clear bag containing syringes and prescription medication, which led me to assume this was an option available to all patients. However, it became apparent that this privilege was only extended to white clients, who seemed to be allowed to take home whatever they needed. When I questioned why this was not offered to me, both the doctor and nurse denied what I had witnessed and then proceeded to scrutinize my prescription history in an attempt to disqualify me. They claimed that, because I had been prescribed Phentermine last month, the medication would not be effective for me. They also refused to start me on Ozempic, stating they didn’t believe I’d succeed with that program either. Their behavior felt punitive, as if they were dismissing me simply for questioning the unequal treatment. Ultimately, they denied me service altogether, treating me as if I were a hopeless case. I’ve never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. If you’re seeking help with weight loss, I strongly recommend going somewhere that treats all patients equally and doesn’t engage in gaslighting or discriminatory practices. This clinic assumed I was beyond help and dismissed me unfairly, based solely on prejudice and baseless assumptions.

This clinic has delivered what they advertise. Staff is excellent and enthusiastic in helping you reach your goals. Being someone who doesn't write many reviews Medex Clinic has changed that for me.

The Medex employees are all great and set you up for success. Just following their diet plan and taking the phentermine helped me lose a lot more weight.

Being a nurse myself I was very apprehensive about all weight loss programs. As I became it was more difficult to loose those extra pounds. I was always taught calories in, calories out. So I ate less and exercised more and longer with little or no results. A friend told me about Dr Nouman and told me his program worked.I made an appt and met with Dr. Nouman and I was impressed. Dr. Nouman explained the program throughly and reasoning behind following the program. I started the program wanting to loose 20-25 lbs. I lost 22 lbs that time.I felt great BMI was down to 30. However I did not maintain and started back eating the wrong combination of foods and Of course I regained weight.I restared after the holidays and have started back to eating foods on the program and exercising again and have started losing those extra lbs again. I have had good weeks and bad weeks, I have never been made to feel like a loser when I had a bad week,instead Dr Nouman and Ria have tried to find out what happened and what I could do to get back on track. Lots of encouragement and education offered here.I feel I can call or come in if I have any questions or problems
