Cathy is the absolute best! I've been with her for almost a year for my electrolysis treatments and wouldn't want anyone else! During my consultation Cathy was very thorough explaining the process and answered all my questions and concerns regarding electrolysis. Now some 10 sessions later, she's still the kindest, most attentive individual. She is thorough, professional, and does her best at ensuring I'm comfortable during my sessions. I am more than happy with her service and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get electrolysis done.

Modern Aesthetic is by far the best medical spa I have been to! I have been seeing Cathy for electrolysis for a while and she is an absolute angel! I went in very frustrated after having been through several different laser hair removal treatments over the years and she has completely changed my life! Not only is the electrolysis successful, Cathy always makes sure I am comfortable - she is polite, caring and amazing at what she does! I also recently saw Pamela for Botox, I specifically asked for her as I have had treatments with her previously and I 100% trust her professional opinion and recommendations for my needs! She is so sweet and helpful, even when asked extra questions about other treatments. The team here has always taken such great care of me and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I was so thrilled to have an appointment with Pamela today! Her extensive experience as a PA shines with her bedside manner. She is so kind and truly listens to what your aesthetic goals are. The entire office was clean and beautiful. The staff was kind, friendly, and not pushy like some aesthetic centers! I LOVED that they carry great products such as Alsatin and Zo skin care. Will definitely be back. Ask for Pamela- she is the BEST!

Very KIND caring facility that caters to caring for our skin. Super sweet receptionist named Lauren. She’s PHENOMENAL. I love the botox I received and will try the Hydration Facial again with Lisa King. Great place that really cares and i’m very appreciative as i’m new to Jacksonville FL. PRP and Radio Frequency will be next on my list at Modern Aesthetics.
