I visited months and months ago using a Groupon. I was just searching for another service I saw provided on this small business owner’s (I forgot your name, sorry, is it Bri?) website. Then I was upset to see her ratings not at 5 stars. Personally, I am a woman that supports woman. I couldn’t figure out where the unit was (I’m directionally challenged) and she wasn’t aggravated with me in the slightest walking in a little late and confused. Very clean facility and I absolutely adore this woman’s drive, intelligence, realness, and ambition.

Very bad business practices. She takes days to answer her business phone. I even tried to rent a suite from her. We had a date scheduled for me to pay the deposit and move in. Well she broke our agreement and gave someone else the suite and ignored me about it till I booked to show up to the place. Changing your mind is fine, but knowing I have employees and appointments lined up waiting for us to move in and ignoring me is downright disgusting. Very disappointed.

Positive: Very fast. Negative: this is the first time I’ve felt like I wasn’t smooth after being waxed. Never needed to shave a week later

Briana was timely & very efficient with my breast/butt lift. She made me feel very comfortable. The scenery was so pretty. She also told me about wine down wax Wednesdays. Conversation was great. Customer service 100%. Can’t wait to book again

Bri was absolutely amazing. She was very fast and talked to me throughout the process. She answered any questions I had. I was very nervous at first but it ended up being 1 of the best experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend ❣️
