This was my first time coming into the practice my NP Leah was very knowledgeable and polite to me as someone with extreme anxiety in situations like this. She was very patient with me. Alana her assistant was very friendly and polite as well. I’m happy I chose this location to come to. Thank you ladies for your awesome customer service.

My skin issue was taken care of my son and I come here. I have one day off for apt. My appointment was 8:15am. Got on the property at 8:15 by the time I found parking waiting on elevator to finally come down. It was 8:33 I am passed my grace period, of 15 minutes and turned away. Need more spaces and elevator is so slow. After 3 yrs of coming here, I will find another doctor, more parking..

We are extremely satisfied with the service in the Total Dermatology Care Center! Everyone is so nice, pleasant and makes you feel welcomed! Dr. Stephanie Carstens is top! She is wonderful specialist 👏🏻

3rd floor, get off the elevator and make a right. Parking free in a lot but limited. Check in was fast and easy. I'll let you know how it goes. This is my first time here.

I hadna dermo appointment for November 29th. I was turned away due to no referral. I did not realize I would have to have a referral!!! When I made the appointment, they asked for my insurance and never mentioned a referral!!! We l8ve in Callahan, so needless to say, it was a long trip for NOTHING !!!!
