She loved how they combine state of the art lasers with PRF for the best natural beauty outcomes. The combination of regenerative medicine with preventative Botox was unbelievable results! my experience at Care Esthetics has left a lot to be desired. I was quoted a price of $1400. the charge was 230 which I thought for forehead Botox and an additional 1500 for fillers. The reason I went was because the left side of my face had wrinkles, but not the right side. I specifically tell them that was my concern. Well, after many injections in my mouth, etc. my face looks the same as it did before I went there. I called to speak to Elsa with whom I have been doing business and she informed me that it would cost me additional money to address those wrinkles. I said, but that’s why I came to you in the first place. She states that she informed me that I might need additional injections for those wrinkles. I wasn’t told that I went thinking the total price was to be $1400. Now now paying 1630 they want to charge me more to complete the job. The Botox that was injected into my forehead obviously was not injected into the left side of my face because my eyebrow can be raised significantly. If it had been affected by Botox, it wouldn’t lift. I am extremely unhappy with the service and and feel I was taken over. Of course, I was taking a chance on going there in the first place because it was recommended highly by a relative of there’s. I have no doubt that the person that recommended me to Elsa at Care did so believing that I would be satisfied with the results. To be sure the person that recommended them hasn’t had any work done by them or anyone else that I know of. I am greatly disappointed in the results and being told after all that money and the same condition on the left side of my face That that it cost me again. Obviously these people don’t stand behind their work. I must say I should’ve been more diligent and investigating Care Esthetics before I went to them. P Malloy
