Been going to this practice since I moved to Florida the best decision I’ve made everyone here is exceptional. Brandi is the best of the best and love both her and assistant Mike to the moon and back. Caring/kind/highly intelligent/respectful. I have sent many co-workers and since I also work in healthcare I have sent patients their way and have had only positive feedback from them. I have been hearing some rumors floating around about someone leaving and it’s going to break my heart if they are true. It’s so frustrating and hard to find someone who understands you and totally knows how to talk to you and found this here. I have an upcoming appointment so I hope the rumors are not true. I had been a patient of this practice since I moved to Jupiter 19 years ago. In November, my husband and I were dismissed as patients after a few terrible phone calls from the office manager. Backstory: My husband had an annual physical, which should have been paid for by insurance. However, he received a bill listing two appointments that day including a charge for a level 4 appointment. He also received a separate bill from the lab for tests ordered as part of the physical. Since we should not have been charged for the physical, I called the office to see if there was a mistake. After a few conversations, the level 4 appointment charge was removed as it was an error. The people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I also asked about the charges for the physical lab tests and the first few people I spoke with tried to help with lab codes. Ultimately I was transferred to the office manager, Roseann. She was immediately condescending but said she would look into the labs. She called us twice after the initial call with her, with each call progressively more hostile. She explained the labs were ordered per conditions noted in my husband’s appointment notes. When I let her know they were incorrect & he does not have the noted concerns, she argued and asked, “Were you in the room with him??’ My husband overheard and spoke directly to her to confirm. The notes from his appointment were apparently incorrect, which is a separate issue. She would not listen, spoke over us while we tried to answer or explain but then complained we would not let her talk. She was very defensive, noting that they don’t make money ordering tests as if we were making accusations. She was extremely unprofessional and blamed us for whatever she believed the issue to be. Ultimately, she hung up when I was trying to talk to her. These calls were the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. First thing the next morning, certified letters were sent to us by the practice dismissing us as patients. After nearly 2 decades of being a patient without issue. Ultimately the labs seem to be common and insurance simply didn’t cover them. That’s on us, however the manner in which the office manager handled the situation was absolutely unnecessary. I really, truly like the practitioners I’ve seen over the years, and am thankful to the people who were helpful, but would not have returned to the office after this situation even if we were not dismissed.

I had to write this review. I came to this practice because I wanted to lose weight. I not only lost weight, but I have kept it off. I had adult onset diabetes and now I no longer have it or need medication. I recommended this office to my sister and she has also lost weight and is very happy. This doctor's office offers comprehensive treatment and also aids in teaching a healthy lifestyle.  Because of the doctor’s and nurse’s attention to detail, I now live a more complete and healthier life. Great office and wonderful staff! Truly each and everyone who works at this office is skilled and cares about their patients. I went last week and the results are amazing and have rejuvenated my appearance without looking overdone. Both of my sisters also come here for services and are so happy with their customer service. Thank you to Emily, my nurse, and all of the Doctors.

I’ve been seeing Sterling Hall as my primary provider for almost 2 years and am so happy with the care that I have received. He is thorough, never rushes through appointments, and always follows up with all of my concerns. He has recommended a vitamin/diet/exercise regimen that has improved my health tremendously. Also, his MA, April, is wonderful. She always remembers me and takes her time preparing me for the appointment. It’s a caring and highly professional experience from start to finish. I feel so taken care of and highly recommend Sterling as a primary provider.
