Dr Greyling was on time, unusual for most doctors. She welcomed me, asked me if I had questions and listened. She explained what my visit would entail. Quite uneventful Would definitely recommend her.

Definitely the most seamless doctors appointment I have ever been to. I made an appointment less than week ago, Arrived early around 7:20 to my 7:45 appointment, checked in, did new patient paperwork, and was back before my appointment time even started. The MA was professional, kind, and empathetic. Dr.Medina was quick, caring, and able to get my mole sent off for a biopsy same day! I am so happy to have chosen waters edge. Highly recommend!

Needed an appointment to get a questionable skin spot looked at prior to my regularly scheduled, annual routine screening at another WEDerm facility. I was able to call, make an appointment (in under a week, during season!) with Dr. Jacquelyn Medina, DO. Both the Dr., and her physician's assistant were courteous, understanding, engaging and professional. I was one of their first clients of the day, and was out in under 35 minutes, including an excision. She was in-network for my insurance, and the office staff had all my previous info from their other office at their fingertips, saving me from filling out additional paperwork. Would recommend WEDerm Jupiter and Dr. Medina.

Dr. O'Brien was excellent. I went in for a regular skin checkup. Her and her staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The skin checkup for very thorough. I am grateful they took me as a new patient.
