I only have good things to say about Dr. Rodriguez and his staff. Pleasant attention, and Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic, he actually saved my life because he listened to me and suggested i see an endocrinologist for my symptoms not related to the skin. And in fact he was right, I had diabetes and thank goodness he suggested me to see a doctor

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service at the practice For three separate visits we arrived at least least 20 minutes before the appointment time and then the patient is not seen for at least two hours past the appointment time To make matters worse when you get into see the dermatologist he’s so very rushed Minimum 2 hours !of waiting each time visit !! So unless you have a job that gives you a four hour lunch you should take a day off if you’re going to make an appointment for this to be seen here

The lady at the reception is very rude and treats staff badly. I went with an elderly patient and she treated her very badly. She deserves to be fired so she can learn to work in the public sector.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME here. I have never left a negative review, but this place deserves it. If you have an emergency, avoid them at all costs. This was my worst experience with a medical office ever. The customer service is terrible—rude, disrespectful and with such bad attitude. They are incredibly unprofessional. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment and after being treated very poorly, I was left on hold for an hour. When I called from another phone to find out what was happening, someone answered and said the office was already closed, yet they kept me on hold. Today, I called again, and they did the same thing. Both times, I was treated very rudely.

Back on October of 2022 I went to see the dr for a Nail problem, the Dr on that day was very professional and very good at what he do, however his Nurse/ staff are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with the insurance, I being calling them since my last visit this pass October to get a different medication because my insurance doesn’t cover I even told them that my insurance need to speak with them and they haven’t done anything. Today is 11/18 /22 and I still don’t any medication for my treatment after paying the 35 dollars co pay. If this will be a life threatening emergency I would be dead by now for the lack of collaboration with with the treatment.
