Was scheduled for carpal tunnel surgery and was so scared. Trusted my surgeon Dr. Cortes of course! Place is immaculate and cold. They are in a corner suite on the third floor and have beautiful panoramic windows which allow the beautiful sunshine in. Best reception room ever with its gorgeous and comfortable blue leather sofas. Receptionist, intake Nurse OR Nurse, Anesthesiologist and adept surgical assistants ALL lovely! OR Nurse played Debussy piano music during procedure! Extremely satisfied with the quality of care received. Highly recommend this place. Parking available.

Key Biscayne surgery center was a nightmare from The time I arrived to the time I walk out that door….The receptionist extremely rude and lied several times to myself and other patients!! my surgery was at 12:00 noon and was not taken back till about 4:30 … Back rooms were filthy dirty the surgery rooms on the west side of the building has the sun beaten in at that time i’m assuming that was their natural surgical lighting by the way they wash my arm and I was laying there tanning for about 5 to 10 minutes and no doctor yet so I asked him to please Close the shade that the sun was really beating on me so they did cover the window but they used some type of sheet to cover the window at that time I became a little concerned and requested for them to clean my arm again because too much time had gone by and my thought was more germs as I saw the dust in the air and no doctor yet… are by the way I was away through the process alert and aware and throughout the surgery the camera was too dirty and the doctor stopped to clean the camera during the surgery to no avail and continued without the camera… Thank God I had a good doctor …also not to mention my son was waiting in the parking lot and it so happend he was so bored that he started recording the Movement on the surgery rooms from the car in the parking lot down below… when he showed me the videos of when they were hanging whatever object it was to cover the window they they were staring down at him and he freaked out thinking something Bad what’s going on in there …..Nightmare At Key Biscayne Surgery Center☠️ Avoid at all cost!!!!!j

VOID AT ALL COST - Doctor Roger Khouri, he does not care about his work or the patient. My father had an awful experience recently where this dirty doctor was extremely harsh during surgery causing unnecessary pain at the time of injecting anesthetic, then leaving my father extremely bloody. Don't get fooled with the fake back ground images, the surgery rooms are extremely outdated and some don't even have light, as per the staff comments "this room is the only one that lights works-in." Do not do anything medical with this below average doctor, he left my father with an scar that would of been prevented.

Mom went to him and he messed her stomach appearance up very bad. Avoid at all costs.
