Honestly if there was an opportunity for zero stars this is it. I went for simple Botox - I get tension headaches and have done this for years. I brought a diagram of what works for me. Exact placement and units per poke. She says ok I’m going to do 60 units and I tell her no, the diagram shows 38 and yes I’m ok paying $400 (the $800 a nurse told me moments earlier is a whole different story) The Dr finished up and I said - wait - you didn’t do the sides of my forehead or above my eyebrows - how many units did you do? She says “45. 2.5 in each spot.” Arg!! That’s NOT ok! I tell her again about the side areas above my eyes and she insists this is the way she does it. DO NOT use this office. I had to go to another practitioner to get it fixed. Ugh!!

Doctor Khouri and her staff have been an excellent dermatology resource for me and my family. Living and working in the Florida sun I have had many worries about skin problems. Dr. Kouhri has advised and helped me over many years to keep my skin healthy.

Everyone was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly staff. Recommend 10/10!

I love Dr Gutierrez! She is wonderful. I am very happy with the time she spends with you, her ability to remember you as a patient, and her clear knowledge of her field. The wait time once you arrive for an appointment is long, but that is because she spends the time she needs to. Maybe they need to schedule more time for each appointment. Regardless, she is worth the wait!!
