Great service, very personable and welcoming! The last salon I went to left my hair dry and overly bleached in sections and they were so helpful to restore my hair to a healthy shine and color! My husband said my hair looks the best it's ever looked! And they even offer you drinks, smoothies, and boba! A very fun experience! Highly recommend.

On November 23rd, my daughter visited your salon for an appointment. As a father of three girls, I am well-acquainted with the indicators of a negative experience. Regrettably, this particular visit was profoundly disappointing. Your online presence showcases impressive work, and your "About Us" section emphasizes the expertise of your team and the prioritization of customer satisfaction. However, these claims were not reflected in the service provided. My daughter left the salon feeling deeply distressed due to the unprofessional conduct of the stylist assigned to her. Upon further investigation, it came to light that the stylist in question was a 20-year-old cosmetology student still pursuing her license. This revelation underscores the discrepancy between the level of service my daughter anticipated and the reality of her experience. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the unsatisfactory service provided. I trust that your establishment values its reputation and will address this matter promptly.

From the moment I arrived here tonight, I was truly met with such warmth and kindness. The entire atmosphere radiated care and dedication, and it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to make clients feel welcomed and valued. Andrely herself is nothing short of an angel. She worked her magic with stunning beige-blonde highlights in my dark brown hair, and I am absolutely in LOVE with the results! Not only did she bring my vision to life perfectly, but she also took great care in trimming my ends and refreshing my bangs. I am so grateful for the time and attention she poured into every detail. Kimberly slayed my hair. I went in flat dry brittle and frizzed and left with defined hydrated curls and a healthy look. She was personable and made the experience pleasant. She took the time to ask me about my routine and what I was looking for and then offered her expertise. She's Very easy going and the salon is so cute and decorated. I will recommend my friends and come back when I'm in town for more curly cuts.

Everyone was so friendly! I got my hair extension consultation with Marcia and she was so informative! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her to get them installed!
