Excellent staff and true professionalism. Medical and Administrative staff are very focused on working to benefit the patient.

In early January, I scheduled a full-body exam at Associates of Dermatology. To my dismay, they **flat-out refused** to provide the service. But that's not all—when it came to the medication I needed, they dragged their feet through a prior authorization process. It's been over two agonizing months** since I last saw the doctor. I've been in touch with my insurance, the pharmacy, and even the specialty pharmacy. Guess what? They've all tried to reach the doctor's office, but it's like shouting into a void. No response. Nada. Zilch. And if, by some miracle, you manage to get a hold of the doctor, brace yourself for an encounter with the notoriously rude PA Gabby. Seriously, I'd rather wrestle a porcupine than deal with her attitude. Associates of Dermatology, you've mastered the art of radio silence. Congratulations! But as a patient, I'd appreciate a little more responsiveness and a lot less frustration. 🙄 Associates of Dermatology: Where appointments vanish, calls go unanswered, and Gabby's rudeness reigns supreme. Avoid like the plague! 😡 *Edit: They reached out and asked me to remove this review to cover their own tracks. I will not be removing my review, but I will gladly edit it and let you know exactly how my conversation with their operations manager went. I spoke with their operations manager, Cindy Miller, who was also unprofessional. She went against my request to have them call my husband. She made accusations about my husband and told me to grow up because I’m a 29-year-old woman. He called on my behalf because my schedule does not allow for endless calls that this office requires to get anything done. Cindy Further stated that the drug PA Gabby recommended isn't even effective and that Gabby doesn't have much experience. She suggested I see another doctor who will not prescribe it. However, this medication has been highly recommended for my condition. This office will not fight for their patients to receive the medication they need. Please save yourself or your loved ones the stress and frustration and go elsewhere.

Associates in Dermatology were very efficient and helpful. Attended to unexpected issues very quickly.

Living in the Sunshine State you need to take care of your skin. We have had excellent care with Gabby @ Associates in Dermatolgy located in Celebration. She has a laser sharp eye that pin points out any flaws in our skin. Carla the front office staff is very friendly & welcoming ..along with the medical assistant Izin who is very thorough with her notes. Do your skin a favor and check this team out!! 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
