More than once I scheduled an appointment for the Loopdale location and when I arrive they inform me the appointment is for another location 1hour away. Front office staff blames the call center. The call center just graze past the issues and advise of an appointment hours later. No one seems to care.

Recently, I had my annual skin check at Care Dermatology And Skin Cancer Centers and I am beyond satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out to schedule my appointment, the process was seamless and remarkably easy. The staff was able to accommodate my preferred timing, which was highly convenient. Upon arriving at the center, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in. The wait time was minimal which I truly appreciated as it demonstrated their respect for my time. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was a breath of fresh air. They were not only courteous and attentive, but also well-versed in addressing my concerns and questions regarding the skin check procedure. This created a comforting atmosphere that eased any nerves I had going in. The dermatologist who attended to me was thorough and took their time to explain the process, making sure I understood each step. I felt well-taken care of, and the comprehensive nature of the check left me feeling confident and informed about my skin health. The facility itself was clean, well-organized and exuded a calm and serene ambiance which further enhanced the overall pleasant experience. I look forward to my next visit and want to extend my gratitude to the entire team at Care Dermatology And Skin Cancer Centers for their outstanding service and care.

I took my mom and daughter for the first time to this place. Doctor and nurse were extremly professionals and answered all my questions so I decided to make an appointment for myself. Worse decision ever. Customer service is the worst. I've called about 8 times trying to order the medication that my insurance didn't cover. First 3 - 4 times they kept hanging up on me. Still gave it a try and called a few more times but same service. They asked a bunch of questions jut to put me on hold for 15 minutes then came back with the sames questions to put me on hold again, 15 minutes later they hing up. Unfortunately, my mom has a follow up but me personally, I will not go back to this place!

‼️ STAY AWAY‼️ Won’t be back. 🚫 The energy there sucks. 👎🏼 The place felt like it needs a deep clean too. 🧼🧽🧹 Not to mention the main reason I booked an appointment 📆 is because Melanoma runs in my family along with a genetic🧬 mutation that puts me at higher risk than the general population. I booked the appointment specifically with the MD but for some unexplained reason the Nurse Practitioner comes in with her assistant for the appointment. 🤯 So I respectfully stopped her and asked why she was there and not the MD who I booked with, well that upset her and made it unnecessarily awkward 😕 and uncomfortable 🥴 for me. Then the MD 👨🏻‍⚕️ proceeds to come in a few minutes later and says “I only see high risk patients , my nurse practitioner sees the rest of the low risk patients and you’re low risk”. Ummm how do you figure that one with my genetic 🧬mutation and family history of cancer?!? Stay away if you want to be taken seriously. Advanced Skin Dermatology in Lake Nona is way better, I’ll see myself back there, thank you for nothing. ✌🏼👋🏼

I had a great experience at this doctor's office. I had a surgery procedure done by Dr. Shaath. He did a beautiful job. The staff is very nice. I was very happy with my care.
