I found this place in Groupon, and Betsy took care of me. I was able to get the appointment depending on my availability, and she helped me to find the best time without demanding, unlike many other places. It was really relaxing. I am taking my boyfriend and next time we will go together. Betsy is great and definitely focuses on what your skin really needs. Her neck massage was fabulous as well 😍

I confirmed an appointment, I show up 10 minutes early. I wait outside for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Light and music of the place was on but door closed. Very disappointed specially when was a birthday gift. Poor customer service.To make a clarification of your review, I never wait in your reception. Both door was locked. Everybody time is value. If waiting 30 minutes after the appointment time is a little time for you, it is not the same for me. In that case for what is the appointment purpose?No only that, I paid $24.50 no $12.00 like you said, for a value of "$125" in base groupon promotion. If I am the second person complaining, means that you are doing something wrong, and if you are making this type of discount using a third party also means that you need more customers and your business is struggling. I hope you can change the strategy of the business because that can bring you success. If you value more the customer that is paying you more than the price I paid, means that you do not deserve my future business with you, paying the regular price. Remember this, Groupon promotion supposed to be to bring fresh new customers to your business. You recommended me to contact you, but how can it be possible? I called you twice, nobody answered, and I left message. At this point, nobody called me back. Clarification, you didn't find any appointment under "Sirena" name, because this is my nickname.

I have been calling, leaving voicemails since January, at least 4 attempts and I have even gone by the spa. Is this place still doing business? I can’t get anyone to call me back. Again today, left my contact info, was told by a person who finally answered the phone that I would get a call back. No call back. I have spent money for two hydro facials as a gift for Christmas. As of right now, I want my money back. I can understand busy, but 2 months of not returning a phone call but I leave a review and this you can respond to within hours. If you are in such high demand, I also stopped by your business on a high demand business hours and you were surprisingly closed. Although I didn’t mention anything about Groupon, you establishment must have an issue with a potential client using a Groupon. I hope you understand that I have contacted Groupon directly about it and you don’t waste people’s time. I also hope that in the future you provide customer service for anyone who wants to spend money in your business. It won’t be me though.

This place is an absolute gem! I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the moment I walked in. Jennifer is vastly kind, and the staff is very friendly :) I've been on an IV vitamin treatment for a few months and never felt better! Highly recommended!!!
