If zero were possible, this place would be -10. I came to them with an urgent care possible diagnosis that listed high risk of morbidity and wAs met with an appointment in July, this is December. They were unwilling to offer even the definitive test. If you value your life this is not the place to be seen. They are clearly more interested in their cosmetic appointments than in potentially saving someone's life. What a Godless place. If this is Board certified behavior, a new Board is needed for the welfare of this region. Disgusting, deplorable and unprincipled behavior.

In response to your rebuttal it is clear you neglected to read my review in its entirety. I clearly stated I had been REFERRED by one of YOUR associated urgent care providers so OF COURSE I was attempting to receive treatment at YOUR facility in a timely way considering the gravity of their suspected diagnosis. You fail to provide triage for potentially life threatening conditions in favor of who and what exactly?? Shame on you!!!

6-25-24-Just tried to make an appt since I am new to this area and one reviewer was correct. This place will not let you make an appt without coming in first and give them ID, medical card, & put a credit card on file. I asked if i could give this when I come in but was refused an appt. I would have been CASH paying patient considering what I need done is considered cosmetic. Oh well on to the next.

The staff are always professional and courteous. They go out their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Kelly Tepedino is awesome. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The care given is fast and efficient. I Highly recommend Dr. Kelly and her team!
