She is not professional, I booked an appointment thru Booksy and she kept rescheduling it without any explanation or communication whatsoever, as a business it’s common sense that you should have your online calendar updated that way people know which days/times you are available otherwise don’t keep your darn schedule open and don’t change the appointment, period. Customers are what keep businesses alive and as an owner you should honor any service appointment because guess what? If I do let’s say Botox today and liked the way everything was handled, then I will keep coming back, and othering other services. I guess it’s too hard to understand for some individuals. It’s unethical and disrespectful to me when someone declines the service I want and without explanation changes the appointment to whatever day she wants, that’s not how this works, I’m scheduling it when I AM AVAILABLE. Do not recommend.

Service was wonderful, I really enjoyed getting my lashes and hair done here, I definitely recommend coming here. I definitely will be combing here more that shampoo and conditioner smelled so nice and they washed my hair really nice, the highlights that they did are on me beautiful I loved it, my lashes where perfectly done like wow, I am surprised of how a good job that did, I love it thank u I will be coming here more🤩
