I had the best top notch experience when I went to be seen. From the moment I walked in with greeting smiles and easy check in. The ease of a hassle-free first consultation with no pressure to buy and honest recommendations for the best procedures. I even had been able to be seen that day to get work done. My nurse was top notch and walked me through each step of the way and was very gentle handed so no bruising or pain afterwards (as I have from other places I've been to.) She also gave me a go home little care package to keep my procedure top notch. What made it even more personal she called me the following morning to check in with me to see how I was. I cant wait to go back and have more work done. 10 out of 10

Everyone is always friendly and caring. From the moment you walk in you are treated well and greeted with a smile. I've had laser treatments before elsewhwere but my results were never like what I have with Ideal Image. I get the same person every time I go which makes it more comfortable for me. Best money spent I promise you!

I would not recommend this location. I had hair removal done at an ideal image at a different location, different state and had no issues, great results actually. When I moved to Polk county I went here. I had my bikini area done and still have a substantial amount of hair. When you sign up this location ONLY gives you 9 treatments then they charge you a “touch up” fee at 10% per session. After 9 sessions I still have a large amount of hair in the treated areas. Like you can hardly tell I even had it done. Your lifetime membership means you have to pay 10% of the total cost per session. I originally went here to get touched up on another area I had done many years ago at a different location. I had a few clusters of hair that regrew in a small area. What they don’t tell you is that they start you off at the lowest laser setting then increase it with each appointment (which makes sense). However, after 4-6 “touch ups” (which is 40-60% of the cost of the original treatment) the hair is still there, I stopped going, It was a total waste. I had a great experience at a different location so I can’t say much about Ideal Image as a company other than the 10% fee for touch ups are ridiculous. Any non commercial company fee is likely less than what Ideal image charges. Meaning, you will be paying more in the long run by getting services done here. The lifetime guarantee is a sales gimmick. This Lakeland location is either using incorrect laser settings, or are more interested in profit over results. They keep promising I’ll get better results if I continue paying for touch up’s but I’m not paying $2000 (at 10% an appointment) for the entire area AGAIN. That’s silly. Especially after the bogus touch up job they did on my other area. If you’re reading reviews, it means you care about where you put your money. I wouldn’t recommend spending it here. It’s very unlikely you will get the results you expect to get from the service you pay for. I’m cutting my losses with this one, honestly probably won’t go back to an ideal image ever again, after my experience here.

The treatment was fine. My issue is I was told I cannot schedule my next appt bc I refuse to put a card on file due to other clients not showing up. I’ve never not showed up or not called for an appt so this is super concerning. Those of us who don’t have a history of not showing up shouldn’t be penalized for the mistakes of those that do.

It is SO GRATIFYING that such an excellent experience is available right here where I live. Amanda outdid herself. Every day exactly what she told me would happen, IS! It is EXACTLY what I wanted and i am delighted.
