North County Dermatology Clinic

Since I've been dealing with skin cancer for the past 30 yrs., I can't say a visit to the dermatologist is something I look forward to, as it usually results in biopsies and surgeries. Even so, Dr. Knight's staff makes it as stress free as possible. Everyone's pleasant and efficient, including the good Doctor, and the facility is spectacular. I have the utmost confidence that I'm in good hands while I'm there, and I look forward to our continuing relationship in the years to come.

My very first visit and I was completely floored by the care of Dr.Knight and his staff. Dr.Knight was amazing to work with. He really takes his time listening and evaluating all concerns brought to his attention. My visit with him was very positive and he not only addressed my main concern but also took the time to ask if I had any other concerns that he could help me with. I have never felt so heard and seen by a doctor. He didn’t rush the appointment, asked clarifying questions, offered advice and treated all the questions/ concerns that I had. In my opinion he needs to be protected at all costs because he is a complete gem!!!! When I left I sat in my car a cried because I was so happy that I found a doctor that actually cared and wanted to help me.

My 3 kids have been patients here for years. I decided to make my own appointment just for it to never happen. When making my appointment I was not allowed unless I provided my insurance information which I had to eventually call back once I found the card because I was told they could not look up my kids account and get it. Fast forward today, I arrive for my appointment after they pushed it back just for them to ask for my insurance card. I advised it should already be on file as I could not make an appointment without it. The front desk lady then said it was not on file and that she needed it for my appointment. This is ridiculous because not only did you not allow me to make an appointment with it, you no longer have it on file and can't check my kids account. I canceled the appointment and left because this is poor service. This clinic is out of network for my insurance so regardless I always have an out of pocket for my kids but we continued to come for the service. Not anymore. You've lost me as a new patient and my 3 kids who have been patients for almost 4 years all because of your lack of service and professionalism.

The staff here are awesome. I had a growth on my scalp and they took care of it quickly. VERY attentive to other issues we are currently working on. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing their services. They have a very nice and clean facility. That says a lot about who they are.

I love this location to bring my husband for his annual dermatologist check up. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They advised you way ahead of time to remind you of your visit. Great service and superb customer service.
