Arsenault Dermatology

This was my first visit to a dermatologist and I was glad it was Arsenault Dermatology. The experience was great, I scheduled an online appointment with Eliza Beadles after reading her write-up and was very pleased how she explained things to me, she's the best! Checking in was very easy the front staff was great, very accommodating and the wait time was short. Eliza noticed a small melanoma spot on my arm and quickly removed it. I was surprised because I noticed it forever and never thought anything of it. She was thorough in explaining things to you and making me feel comfortable. They will be my go-to Dermatologist and I will recommend them to everyone. Judi S

I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years. All of the nurses, PA’s and front desk are so kind, helpful and professional. Dr Bishop is fantastic! He has such a friendly upbeat nature mixed with skills. The MOHS surgical process is smooth and painless. Overall just what you need from a dermatologist.

We left early for the appointment at Lakewood Ranch, after you cancelled our Venice appointment, day of appointment. Due to two major accidents on I -75 we arrived 15 minutes late. The receptionist said that we lost our appointment. There was an appointment open 40 minutes later so we took it. We weren’t called in until 20 minutes after the new appointment. You have a ten minute grace period but patients can wait for much longer. We had requested an appointment in Venice that was cancelled on the day of the appointment. Patients are treated without concern or respect. Terrible policy. I’m very disappointed and will tell everyone about this poor treatment.

I had MOHs done on my leg. The process was easy and quicker than I thought it would be. The staff was very nice and friendly. My only complaint was the receptionist. I didn’t catch her name however she was a younger blonde girl- very rude. So rude in fact when I was finished I went to the other receptionist to check out even though she had a line of patients. Other than that it was a good experience.

I had a very pleasant experience, my only complaint was the wait. I was in for Moh’s surgery at 9:30 and not spoken to again for 2 hours when they said it would only be about 30 minutes. I don’t mind waiting if I am updated as to why. Other than that the staff is very nice and Dr. as well. The facility is also bright and clean. It was my first time with this procedure so naturally a bit nervous.
