Dr. Calderone goes the extra mile, and I appreciate her expertise and professionalism, along with that of her assistants. I also wish every business would adopt such a fantastic late policy as everyone’s time is important.

I have been going to this office for many years now and have never had a problem. The wait time is minimal at most and I’m usually out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. I see Dr. Glenn McClean for my six month check up and Dr Calderone has done a few surgeries on me. The results are wonderful and the scars minimal. She is professional and friendly and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very efficient and professional. I wish all Florida Medical clinics were run this way.

Judy at front desk terrible customer service. Is this what the New Florida Medical Clinic Orlando (Land O Lakes) offers to the paying public? The nursing staff brought my wife and I back for her SURGERY and Judy starts bombarding my wife for payment. My wife calmly explains we have met our out of pocket deductible and we should owe nothing. Not good enough for old Judy! She keeps coming back with unnecessary rhetoric that is not needed until she is sure of what she is saying. I jump in to offer help as I am the primary insured; Here comes Judy slurring “what are YOU doing back here!!??”. Huh? Your people just brought us back… did I break down a door? She seemed on one too many Xanax to me (opinion), like the room was moving fast for her but normal for us. “I’m so confused” she said 3 times…. What? Maybe Judy should not be checking people in for life altering surgeries? No compassion, no empathy, no medical professional behavior. Unacceptable. She eventually ate crow and told us we were correct and we didn’t owe anything. Now that my wife is upset and twice as nervous. Consider this when looking for a Doctor in this area. Plenty of better professional options to deal with this hassle. Especially when having a surgery. Sad.

I have come here for years. I am in the Medical field I have never seen a Doctor office so efficient. I never have to wait. Only down side is if you are more than 10 minutes late you have to reschedule but that is how the stay so efficient. Very impressive!

This was a first and last time experience. Dr. Francine came in super rushed, and interrupted my sentences. I asked questions on what terminology she used, and she said, "Don't worry about it" and dismissed my concerns. When I pressed for further questions, she said, "just use what I prescribe you. I don't have time today- we are running behind." Well that's NOT MY fault! So rude. I would NEVER recommend this place. I brought this up to the front desk afterwards and they just said, "I am sorry" with no opportunity to make it up. They just lost a potential customer.
