Dr Michael did an amazing job with my complex procedure. He made me feel comfortable with the plan and executed it seamlessly. His assistant Holly did a wonderful job too. Dr. Michael Hashemian and staff were courteous, professional, and kind. After waiting an hour in the waiting room I was called back to get X-rays and examined. (It has been my experience that waiting an hour or more, for a specialized dentist is the norm.) The dentist agreed the remaining part of my tooth should be removed. Dr. Hashemian explained the procedure perfectly. He gave me the details but not so many that would scare me. I would go back to this practice if I needed to.

The worse surgeon ethic ever .. how can you treat patients and never want see there final results I’ve been treated so unfairly and wish to get my money back .. after my implant was complete I had to have a crown placed at a dentist. The crown wasn’t fitting correctly, so I was asked to see the surgeon again. The surgeon refused to see me again. I am so upset. My dentist has been so kind to follow up with me and do the best he can to fix what surgeon couldn’t fix or didn’t want to fix this is really unfair. I would love my money back and call it even or I will need to do a lawsuit. It’s all been cosmetically and it’s painful and I have to go and see other doctors and dentist and that’s more money that I have to put in my pocket if this doctor really wants his office to run , he should make sure that he has his patient happy one thing I know that making your patient happy is a big thing. I hope people before they make a decision to have any major surgery at this office or any of their offices. Please consider doing some research.

Let me first start off by saying how wonderful of a staff this place has. I was petrified of having my wisdom teeth removed, and the staff made the whole process easy as pie, and they were so warm and welcoming the whole time. When I called to make the appointment, I told them I was in pain because one of my partially impacted wisdom teeth on a nerve was infected, and they got me a day later. The doctor even called me after my procedure to ask me if I was doing okay, and let me know I was able to contact him without hesitation with questions or concerns. I couldn't recommend this place anymore than I do now. Ya'll are truly remarkable!!!

At first arrival you believe you are going to be taken care of very well. However, as you sit in the waiting room my observation was that the front desk only cares about the billing and collecting your money upfront. My first consultation with the Dentist went well, however they never fully explain how many times or how long the process of getting an implant placed in your mouth or the total cost of such implant. As you READ this and many other reviews you will see that there is ONE common experience that we all had, very long wait times and many cancelations/last minute cancelations due to over bookings or Dentist emergencies (Say they Say) or the front office dont doing their jobs. This also applies to the Office manager that dont seem to care about peoples wait times. I hope that the people reading these reviews, will take NOTE prior to signing up with this Dentist. I ALSO HOPE THE DENTIST IS READING THESE REVIEWS SO THAT HE CAN CORRECT THE OFFICE STAFF AND HIS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. I was not finished with my process for my IMPLANT however today was the final blow. I had an appointment at 9am. (I was there today) only to find out that the front office again called and said they txt me to reschedule my appointment for my follow up visit they already rescheduled once. I never got the txt or voice message from them. i saw the Dentist arrive as i was discussing this issue with the front desk and the office Manager came out to inform me that the doc can't see me for at least another hour because there were no assistants to help. NEED LEAST TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK TO FINISH MY IMPLANT AT THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO THEM
