The staff is one of the best. Even after calling twice to say that I would be late and then going to the wrong office, they still made time for me to get my procedure done. They made me feel like I have been going there for years, and they knew me. Since day one they take time to explain everything step by step and answer any questions you may have. My only thing that I did not like, but it is a personal thing, is I did not meet the Doctor. Like I said though, when you have great staff and they take care of you, that is all that matters. Very thankful that I was able to have them help me.

One of the things that is important to me, in addition to a competent medical team, is an office staff that is responsive and courteous. Dr. Gurgen and his team of professionals, in particular, Michael and Stephanie, along with Riley and Audrey, have been amazing to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly. Our family has been a patient of Dr. Johnny's for over 13 years. We started our visits with Dr. Johnny and have been moved to see Michael, and now Stephanie. While at first, I wasn't happy about the moves - I have come to be extremely happy with each of their services.
