Water's Edge Dermatology - Lighthouse Point

That was a much better experience than my last dermatologist. Everyone is friendly, and they actual have staff, and the patient room looked like a doctors office, which makes me more at ease instead of the West Hollywood boutique vibe of my last one. Thanks for everything and for handling my prescriptions so fast, and with the professionalism you would expect from a doctor's office. From check in to check out, it was a wonderful and easy experience.

I was alright with this place until all of a sudden these hidden fees started coming. Every time I went to Water's Edge Dermatology in Lighthouse Point, my PPO insurance covered the visit except for the deductible, which was $60 and I always paid it. My last visit to Waters Edge Dermatology the reception said I had an outstanding bill for $65 for injection that didn't even work. Except for affecting my eyesight. Yet, I paid it. Today 03/06/2025. I get my mail and then I get a bill for $50.97. All I can say to myself is ,"Why wasn't this bill disclosed to me when I had the other outstanding bill". I was never informed that there was going to be out of pocket expenses to begin with. I don't like hidden fees or companies being sneaky about hidden fees. I have an appointment 03/18/2025 for surgery. After getting this bill in the mail. I don't think I'll be going back. There's no telling what fee is going to pop up. I'm going somewhere else.

Dr Wong was wonderful and smart. Visit was easy and she takes her time and explains things fully. I’ll be back. Office staff are all very nice as well.

My first visit, I found the Staff and doctor to be very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Inside office very nice. January 25, 2025, my appointment, I am well pleased with my Doctor and her pleasantness, she is very professional as well knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone I know. Her staff is very efficient and pleasant. I have only positive and good things to say of Waters edge.

My experience, Waters Edge was excellent! The staff was pleasant and very patient with me! Dr. Wong was fantastic, knowledgeable, honest, and upfront! I will definitely be back, thank you for making this a very good experience!!
