Goldfingers Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery - Longwood

Had a great experience at the longwood location. I was able to walk in without an appointment and be seen. Chris did my botox injections and explained everything thoroughly before injecting. It was quick, easy, painless, and I didn't even bruise the next day :) I am about a week out and I LOVE the results!

Dishonest practice. The practice got paid a portion of my treatment by alle and still charged me what they got reimbursement for (double dipping) When I called them out on it, they offered to give me a credit to use for future services and refused to pay me back the partial credit on my card. I have no use for this credit as I will not be coming back, as I have already explained politely. This whole situation should have never happened, if front desk was honest and/or competent. I have tried to resolve this peacefully and privately but am appalled with how this has been handled. I will be reporting this office to Alle. Update: Your response makes no sense.. I spoke to Alle directly and they told me that your office should have taken the $50 off of my total because they paid it to your office directly. I have to call them back to tell them that you guys are trying to argue with me about this, it’s ridiculous. Heres the receipt Alle sent me an hour after I visited your office. You guys told me in the office I had no offers/credit which was a flat out lie. I would have not known if Alle didn't send me the receipt. You guys are wrong for this and people deserve to know you guys are a shady business.

I love Goldfingers! They are such an amazing facility with great people. I always go to Chris, as he makes me comfortable with any procedures I decide to do. He will talk you through anything and explain procedures thoroughly. This will always be my first choice for anything aesthetic. ❤️
