I came to Dr. Roach for a breast augmentation and reconstruction. I was very nervous about my first initial appointment, but from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff I felt very comfortable. Dr. Roach was extremely professional and definitely a perfectionist, which I loved! He was very thorough and took the time to really make sure I understood everything, while also taking the time to answer all my questions. You can tell he really cares for his patients and his work, which is hard to come by these days. I had my surgery about two weeks ago and have never felt better about myself. The results speak for themselves! Dr. Roach, by far, is one of the best plastic surgeons I have come across and I highly recommend him.

I had my breast augmentation July 2nd, I would be lying if I said I was not nervous (nervous for anesthesia, not for procedure itself). But, it went very smooth. I was recommended to go to Dr. Roach for his services and I am VERY please with the results. I had a little bit of liposuction in the armpit areas, right nipple lift and a breast augmentation. They are beautiful! Still healing but everything is going great. Him and his office were/have been there for me every step of the way!! So extremely accommodating with my crazy schedule and got me right in every time for an appointment and my surgery. Will definitely go to Dr. Roach for any future work! I am so glad I chose Bayside and Dr.Roach for my breast implant removal and replacement. Dr. Roach was amazing he took his time to listen to all my questions and concerns. The staff at Dr. Roche’s office are amazing also, Dr. Roche’s wife Kristy is amazing she genuinely cares about your concerns and is there for you. My breasts look amazing they are perfect.
