Semper Laser

This was my first experience getting laser and I loved it. The staff is very welcoming & informative. Stephanie made me feel comfortable and Diana was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend

I can't recommend this place enough! The staff is absolutely amazing, always professional and welcoming. I just completed my third laser treatment today, and I already feel incredible results! It's so exciting to see progress this quickly, and I can't wait to see the final outcome. I'm so happy with the experience that I'd love to do every area! I initially had a great experience with this laser hair removal service, particularly with Brianna, who has always been professional and attentive. However, my most recent visit last Friday left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly told that I needed to remove my underwear (I was wearing a thong) for the treatment. This has never been an issue in the past, and I found this requirement surprising and unnecessary. When I expressed my discomfort, the technician left the room to get a manager, who explained they would not be able service me without removing my underwear since that was policy. I felt dismissed and uncomfortable in a situation that should be about providing a positive experience for the client. After returning home, I reviewed their policy more closely and found that it states, “patients should wear narrow cut panties or a swimsuit if treating the bikini line” and that “you will be given a gown.” Additionally, it mentions that “most patients are able to keep some if not all of their clothing on during the procedure.” Given this, I’m unsure why I was treated in such a manner. To add to my frustration, I’ve discovered that breaking my contract with them would be financially burdensome. It seems designed to make it nearly impossible to opt out without going broke in doing so. While I appreciate the quality of care I received in the past, this recent experience has made me feel uncomfortable about returning. I hope they can improve their policies, communication, and customer service to ensure that patients feel respected and comfortable.

I love Semper, everyone here is really friendly. So far my progress is going great! As for the space everything is super clean and minimalist, this is for sure one of the best laser experiences I’ve had so far.
