Her office is welcoming, her staff is attentive, and she stays ahead with the latest advancements in dermatology. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I woke up this morning to a really complexion. I saw Dr Marcy Alvarez on January 28, 2025 and I've been using the medicine she prescribed and my skin is getting better and better! Dark spots are fading and skin has less break outs. I'm so happy! I just wanted to say Thank you and I highly recommend! She is not only beautiful but her personality is really wonderful, she's like a knowledgable girlfriend that will tell you like it is! Today is March 14, 2025 ! Recently had some pre cancer spots on my face treated. Such wonderful care, before, during and after! What an amazing treat to walk into a healthcare provider and have no wait time to be seen in a warm friendly environment! I’ve been a patient for 7 years now and every visit is the same experience. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Marcy Alvarez at Lincoln Road Dermatology! Every time I go in for a skin check, I leave with not only glowing skin but also a mini therapy session (without the extra charge)! 😂 Marcy is like the best friend who just happens to know everything about skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and yet still somehow feels like that one friend you can talk to about anything. My skin’s never been better, but let’s be real — I’m almost more excited to catch up with Marcy every time I go back. She’s got this way of making you feel like you’re the only patient that matters, even though her office is buzzing. Plus, she’s hilarious, personable, and truly makes the experience enjoyable. Who knew I'd be looking forward to my next dermatologist appointment?!

Dr. Alvarez is fantastic. I have had a variety of skin issues including acne, rosacea, aging and have been to multiple dermatologists in the S. Florida area over 20+ years including some of the most highly regarded practitioners. My skin has never been better than it is currently. Dr. Alvarez really knows her practice and has been able to diagnose and recommend solutions that no one else has previously that have really worked for me. Have also had cosmetic dermatology and find her to take a cautious approach, nothing is overdone and pricing very reasonable. I don't often write recommendations unless so exceptionally good or bad that it seems needed. In this case, I recommend Dr. Alvarez without reservation.
