I came to Suzy with distressed, broken out skin and depleted self-confidence. I’ve tried so many different product lines, treatments, and medications over the past 10 years to treat my sensitive, acne prone skin - in NYC and Chicago. I have been working with her for about a month now after moving to Miami. Her product line is helping me slowly, but surely, clear my skin in combination with monthly treatments. I especially love the Cold Plasma for scarring and wound healing. She is also a very kind person with great energy; I could tell from the moment I walked in to my first appointment. Suzy didn’t make me feel bad about the state of my skin or offer unrealistic/irrelevant advice - like so many others have. Her prices are also reasonable, and allow you to stay consistent without breaking the bank. I look forward to continuing to work with her to achieve my desired results.

I NEVER write reviews, but I am so happy with my facial: deep cleaning and extraction. I had a few milia on cheeks and nose and Suzy was so knowledgeable. Apart from being extremely competent she is very nice and welcoming. It took a few days for my face to heal from all the squeezing because my milia were stubborn, but now it’s smooth and radiant. Will not go anywhere else for a facial. THANK you Suzy!

Suzy is amazing. She uses organic products that smell, feel great and really help improve your skin. She is knowledgeable and professional, her spa is inviting, clean and relaxing. I have been wanting to try micro needling but held back because I thought it was going to be painful, (not at all) and required down time. I was wrong. I had my first micro needling treatment and I was so happy with the results. This week I had my second and am blown away by the improvement. My brown spots and a few acne scares have faded significantly and my skin is bright and glowing. Very happy my friend suggested seeing Suzy. She is worth it!

I have been going to Suzy for over six years and she is consistently amazing. I have gone through many different phases with my skin and dealt with multiple unique issues and she has approached each one with expertise, taking the time to explain exactly what the issue is, how she is going to help, and what to do to maintain the results and keep my skin in the glowing condition that she leaves it in. I have always had very sensitive skin which usually makes it hard to treat acne, but Suzy has a wide variety of organic, natural, and calming products that help my problem areas and actually reduce irritation instead of contributing to it. Even for something as simple as a basic facial with extractions she always tailors it to the specific client and their concerns, going the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and ensure that they leave her spa feeling amazing. Most recently, I experienced a terrible breakout due to a medication that essentially took up the entirety of my chin and jawline. After a few weeks of trying to remove it and nothing working, I went to Suzy for an acne facial and within an hour she had managed to remove basically everything, and a few days later, nothing has come back. I don’t know how she does what she does, but I am confident that there is nobody better at it. Beyond her obvious skills, she has integrity in her work and genuine care for her clients. A lot of medspas will just try to give a client anything they ask for just to make a sale but Suzy genuinely cares about her client’s skin and what will help them. She has always been honest with me about what I need and told me when a treatment she offers would not be effective for my specific concerns. Her priority lies in the health and satisfaction of her clients above all. She makes me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns, and even takes the time to learn about my favorite music artists and play them while I am getting extractions so that I am distracted. Suzy takes the time to know her client’s skin, but also know who they are because she cares about their overall experience. As I go to college in another state I have seen other estheticians, but none of them come close to the level of kindness, expertise, and honestly results as Suzy. She is genuinely the best.

Suzy is an expert in skincare and really cares about her clients. She uses high quality natural products and the newest technology to get the best results for your skin. I have also tried the oxygen exfoliation, microneedling and cold plasma treatments besides the extractions and my skin never looked better. Highly recommend!
