I had a very impressive experience at PrivaMedis with Dr. Merlino. I could see the pride he took in performing my aesthetic procedures. He has the confidence of a doctor who has a vast amount of experience and performed each procedure with excellence and the eye of an artist who took his time with every detail to make my results look improved yet natural. The staff is incredibly gracious and helpful in every step of the way including post-procedure phone calls to make sure I was doing well and to answer any questions I may have. Finally, I think it’s important and I felt more confident going to an aesthetic physician who is also on staff at the very reputable Mount Sinai Hospital and also has his office located in the Mount Sinai Medical arts building as opposed to other aesthetic offices which are often located in strip malls and not connected with any major medical institution.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gary Merlino for over 20 yrs. Please know that I am not by nature given to insincere and obliging praise. That said, Dr. Merlino is truly an extraordinary physician. He is extremely intelligent and gifted in the diagnosis and treatment of his patients. He really focuses on what he sees and hears from the patient. He also manages to combine his medical knowledge and skills with the personal qualities of kindness and compassion. Over these 20 years I have been treated for medical conditions, some quite serious. I have also had several aesthetic procedures and I have always been satisfied and pleased! I must also include some comments on the wonderful people who work with him in his office. Some of these people have been with him as long as I have been a patient. To a person, they are all efficient, kind, compassionate and friendly. I am always comfortable calling their office, knowing that whoever answers the phone will take care of me. I know I can always count on them and I enjoy seeing them.

This is a medical office that offer's concierge medicine with an outstanding staff and Doctor's. My experience is and has been with Dr. Alejandro Del Valle. Dr. Del Valle is a true professional with lot's of years of experience. I adimre his patience and effort that he puts into my examination and the way that he explains his findings to me. He ensures that his patients understands him and is welling to answer any and all questions or concerns that they may have. I highly recommend PrivaMedis, they have the right staff and medical team in place to deliver the wellness benefits that I require. It's always a pleasure going to my appointments.

Dr Merlino and his team are absolutely the best! I've been seeing them for years and they were so hospitable, really smart and professional, and make coming to the doctor enjoyable and something I look forward to. They are always so great about communicating all my health needs with me, and have been doing my botox and filler for years and always make me look beautiful and natural!
