First off, booking my appointment was a breeze, and her staff is top-notch—friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The studio itself is nothing short of stunning. The skincare expert who worked with me, Giulianna, was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. Rochelle has been an amazing injector to work with. This is one of the few places in Miami that use ultrasound/vein finders to ensure a high level of safety. They also have the latest products to give the most natural results.

I came to this institute on a trip to Miami from France without knowing the place and I had the best experience. We were extremely well received by Nadia who took the time to advise me and find the best products for my skin. I recently had the pleasure of receiving the clear and brilliant treatment from Karlin. To say she did a great job is an understatement! She is very attentive to every detail, answered all of the questions I had (I always have many lol) and guided me through the whole process. She made sure that I was always comfortable and all my needs were being met. The spa is absolutely beautiful, elegant yet cozy. The front desk receptionists are always so bubbly and happy! They genuinely care about you and your questions from check in, to check out, to follow ups, making conversation flow with ease! I have been coming here since Amy first opened (I currently live in Austin Texas and travel whenever it’s possible) I have personally known Amy for years and Witnessing the expansion process of Amy’s once little empire makes me feel so proud of her and all of her accomplishments. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and has a true talent for skincare. She has had me on an anti aging regime for a few years now improving my skin greatly!
