Thorough, gentle, proactive, and reassuring - I couldn't be more pleased with the care. I lived nearby when I first sought her services, now I live 45 plus minutes away and it's well worth the trip, I've already made my next appointment as my condition is ongoing and requires continued monitoring. And the staff is uniformly efficient, polite, and forthcoming. In short it's a great doctor with a great office (oh, and easy parking). Score.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrea Trowers, for my medical and cosmetic skin care needs, for many years. Dr. Trowers is skilled, knowledgeable, and has great energy! Her staff is fabulous. The office is beautiful . I highly recommend Dr. Trowers.

While Dr. Trowers has helped me resolve my skin concerns effectively, that is not the only point to consider for customer satisfaction. Two out of my three visits have been worthwhile, as the first time I was there I was seen by her replacement while she was on maternity leave, and that person did not know what they were doing. I had to spend time and money going back a second time and thankfully the doctor was back and gave a more effective treatment option. Since it was the doctors decision to put that student resident in charge, I do blame the doctor. I went back a third time for another issue and as noted by other posts, I waitied forever. WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I was FURIOUS amd could clearly hear the doctor joke a few rooms away with the other patient she was treating. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I complained that it was taking too long and again, as another review notes, they suggested that the best time to book is early in the morning. Uhhhh, why not say that in the first place when you call for an appointment??!?!?!?!? No respect for patients' time. All she cares about is getting bodies in the office bc it equals revenue bc they know that once you're there, once you've taken time out of work or your busy life, you're going to wait bc you don't want to go back to the drawing board and look for another dermatologist and have to wait for their next availability. Lastly, they SUCK at answering their phones. In fact, they don't. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Again, your time doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that you have 15 min. at lunch time to call their office for an appointment, they're going to call you back when ot's convenient for them even if it's not for you. I don't know any other business that doesn't answer thwir phone to paying customers.

I've been a client of Dr. Trowers for years and have always had an amazing experience, and continue to look 10 years younger thanks to her and her team. The experience is like none other, from the front desk to the nurses and to Dr. Trowers, there's no better dermatology office in South Florida. Most recently, I had an incredible facial by Amanda, highly recommend you book today to look and feel your best!
