All I can say - I asked & he delivered! All the staff was great, very friendly. I felt comfortable the entire time. They were accommodating when I was late d/t traffic. Dr.Ms nurse is amazing! & the follow ups are impeccable! Definitely a better experience than I saw on some of the negative reviews! He is very busy, but takes the time to be personable, understanding and wants to make sure he knows what you want! I am happy with my shape! He has changed my life!!!

My experience here was top tier from the beginning to the end. From meeting my surgeon (He met all my expectations and gave me exactly what I asked for). The staff were friendly and always helpful. My nurse was phenomenal ( there was not one day that I didn’t get a phone call to check in and see how I was doing). Thank you guys for making this experience worthwhile. Everything about it exceeded my expectations from the comforting words from the anesthesiologist (Clayton my Jamaican chargie IYKYK) to the calls and texts from Keyla. The greetings, the opening of the doors, the assistance with everything. Customer Service top notch. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Mendieta you are the BEST!!!

I was very satisfied with my surgery; in fact, it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mendieta certainly knows what he's doing and made me feel comfortable and confident. Additionally, the medical staff, in general, was very professional and attentive throughout the process. I also appreciate the care provided by the nurse and the follow-up after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Mendieta. He is not only an exceptional doctor but also incredibly passionate, personable, and patient. He takes the time to answer all his patients’ questions and address any concerns thoroughly. I would also like to commend his nurse, Yudelkys Rodriguez, who has been outstanding throughout my care. She consistently checked in on me, and I had the convenience of contacting her on her cell phone at any time with any questions. I’ve never experienced such exceptional care and service from a doctor’s office before. My gratitude for the excellent care I received from both Dr. Mendieta and Yudelkys cannot be overstated. They made my experience truly exceptional. I felt heard and supported every step of the way, which made all the difference. Thank you for your professionalism and care!

This is the most wonderful practice I’ve ever been to. Dr. Mendieta and his staff are absolutely amazing from beginning to end and beyond. They go out of their way to make sure that you are very well informed and prepared for your big day and every day that follows. They treat you with genuine kindness and compassion. Dr. Mendieta and my nurse, Yudelqis were the best!
