Dr. Goldman and her staff are very friendly and professional. The new patient "check in" was all electronic, very easy and quick. Dr. Goldman put me at ease with all my skin care concerns/issues. I chose randomly from the UHC doctor finder and I am glad I did. Conveniently located midtown Miami.

Dr. Goldman is friendly, kind, honest, no nonsense. She doesn’t sugar coat & is realistic about skin health & care. I appreciate the fact that she does not push expensive products/ treatments and will be upfront if it’ll work, or if it’s the right treatment for you.

I recently went to Dr. Chloe Goldman for a sun spot and some post pregnancy melasma and was prescribed a cream to help brighten them up. My issue was that I was being forced to get the cream with their private pharmacy. Mind you I have insurance which my copay would be $0 dollars for that cream. I work in healthcare sales so I know how this works. Their private pharmacy is charging me $51 dollars for the cream. It’s not about the price of the cream but the principal of being forced to pay for a cream through their private pharmacy when I could have easily gotten it prescribed to mine.

I went for a skin cancer check up, Dr told me she would freeze two skin keratosis/ moles as “a courtesy.” Right after the exam, the Dr rushed out of the room, I’m getting dressed up and told the nurse I forgot to tell the Dr I need a prescription for my rosacea creams ( which I had documented when I pre registered) . Not only they didn’t ask if I was using any prescriptions for my skin, I was told I had to schedule a new appointment for the Dr to see me and prescribe these medications while I was still dressing up from my appointment at the examination room. Never in my life I have felt less appreciated as a patient.

Dr Goldman has a good sense of humor and I can confidently state she is very knowledgeable in her field. Most dermatologist treat with the same prescription for years even when there is minimal improvement. Dr Goldman treats each visit as if it were a new research case, identifying the underlying issue and best treatment options tailored to that specific person. I have seen such great improvement with my skin thanks to Dr Goldman. Also, her staff is wonderful!
