I think the good reviews are fake. I had a terrible scar around my belly from surgery I came and scheduled the date . I was on IV since 8:00 am till 6:00 pm when I had the surgery done . A week later for my follow up appointment staff said he wasn’t there but he was my step mom made a scene and they took us thru the back to see the doctor. I ask not happy with the results … he is literally the worst. My belly button doesn’t look good he said I would need another surgery … yeah NO Do your research!!!!

Dr. Ortega is really the Goat. He’s knowledgeable with 30+ years to back it up and he’s double board certified. I watched and researched for 2 years before I booked with him for my TT. I love my results and couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for the job. The staff is amazing and the building and atmosphere is clean and sterile. Book Dr. Mel Ortega! ❤️

Dr. Mel Ortega is without a doubt the best surgeon in the world! He delivered results that I am confident I would not have been able to achieve on my own. I'm only two months post-op and I'm already overjoyed. His clinic's staff was also absolutely incredible. They made you feel safe and cared for, and they did extensive follow-up after the procedure. I strongly recommend spectrum aesthetics to anyone who wants to be a better version of themselves.

Dr was nice but because he was late, I had to wait 7 hours in the room alone unable to eat, drink, use my phone before my surgery was performed, then I am now 3 months post op and I barely see a difference with the lipo and bbl. I’m still experiencing pain and fibrosis and ripples on stomach. There is no difference in my thighs and arms from lipo and my butt looks the same after the bbl. Very disappointing after the money, time, and pain I went thru it was pointless.

Dr Mel Ortega changed my life!! I had a Mommy Makeover 2 months ago and I love my results! Spectrum has an amazing team ,every time I had a question or concern I was helped.
