Flores Plastic Surgery

It took me 5 years after a double mastectomy due to breast cancer to trust another surgeon to reconstruct my breast. I didn’t think I could ever feel whole again. Dr. Flores assured me after he was done reconstructing my breast no one would be able to tell I had a double mastectomy. I am in the first month after my surgery and I am beyond happy with the results of his fine work. He not only is the best at what he does he has a sense of being compassionate towards his patient that meant so much to me! Thank you again Dr Flores for your dedication and fine work. Had a facelift about a year ago. First consultation I was impressed, scheduled the surgery first appointment of the day, he shows up more than two hours late agitated, sweating. He probably rushed up with my surgery, had his university students do one side of my face or the cleaning lady since he had other surgeries scheduled after mine that same day. I was left with a huge bloody blister under my chin, my right earlobe stretched out lower than my left ear, it was very visible and it hurt. He tried to convince me that my earlobe was always like that, told me that I should be grateful for not ending up with a crooked face, treated me like I was crazy. I had a bad infection behind my ears and chin that would not go away for weeks, he blamed it on my glasses. I ended up with stretched earlobe, it took him two different times to try to fix my ear. He had to cut down on my stretched earlobe to attempt to fix it, I have a slight 90 degree angle earlobe now. Still does not look good. I have scars on both sides of my face and under my chin, will not be able to wear my hair up ever again because I need to hide the scars. Watch out ladies, think twice before you put your face in his hands.

This review is way overdue. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this place is. It took me a long time to finally decide to have a breast reduction. I had my surgery last year in June at 47 and almost a year later I can tell you that I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Flores was very thorough and professional. He and his team go above and beyond to walk you through the entire process and be there for you every step of the way. My sister couldn’t be more accurate when recommending Dr. Flores. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Flores and his team. If you are considering having any type of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Flores is the doctor you want.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Flores and his team. I came to see Dr. Flores because after having breast cancer and going the implant route after mastectomy, my body rejected one of my implants after multiple infections and I decided to go the Diep route after left feeling deformed and hopeless. From the first consultation, Dr. Flores was a breath air…he went through my entire history with breast cancer step by step, he was empathetic, so knowledgeable, and reassuring…he took his time explaining to me what my process would look like and he really exceeded my expectations on what I would look like. I just wanted to look whole again and he gave me so much more than that! I am so happy when I look in the mirror and I honestly didn’t think that would be possible again given my journey. The entire office is wonderful from Caroline at the front desk, Cassie (RN) is so knowledgeable and wonderful, Rob (Nurse Practitioner) helped me so much with paperwork I needed for short term disability - he always responded quickly and was also extremely pleasant, and so is the massage therapist Desiree! I am beyond grateful for all of them!
