From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Nicole at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The expertise and warmth of Hili, the spa director, truly set this place apart. Her deep knowledge and passion for skincare made me feel completely at ease, and she took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the process and benefits. The session itself was performed by Katelyn and Zoraida, who were absolutely fantastic. Their technique, professionalism, and gentle approach made the treatment both effective and relaxing. They paid close attention to every detail, making sure I was comfortable and achieving the best results possible. Overall, Halo Spa exceeded my expectations! If you're looking for a place that combines expertise, warmth, and top-notch service, I highly recommend their jawline lifting session. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments!

I wanted to love this spa, but unfortunately, my experience was a disappointment. From the start, I too felt pressured into purchasing an “amazing package” by Hilli, who made it seem like she was using special discounts and codes to give me a deal—when in reality, I was just overpaying for a service that any other spa offers for much cheaper. I spent over $1,000 on a “neck rescue” treatment, which I was told would show instant results. Not only did I see zero improvement, but they never even conducted a proper consultation with before-and-after images to track progress. The only time they showed me photos, I was left thinking, “Why did I fall for this?” Instead of addressing my concerns, they just tried to sell me on another 4000 package for a different area of concern. The spa itself is nice, and the staff is friendly, but this business operates under strict corporate protocols that prioritize sales over results. They enforce a NO REFUND policy, which is hidden in the fine print of a contract no one reads until it’s too late. To top it off, the experience wasn’t even relaxing—traveling from Miami through traffic and construction just made it worse. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and significantly out of pocket. Save your money and go elsewhere—plenty of other spas offer similar treatments without the pressure, misleading sales tactics, and no-refund trap

Wow! Visiting Miami for few days and after few days in the beach decided my face needed some refresh and lift. I booked this treatment day before and thank god they have window open for me. I had the best expiriance ever, beside lifting and cleaning my face I got the whole expiriance with relaxing face massage and hand. Highly recommend this med spa to anyone who in Miami. And definitely will come again. Thank you halo spa
