I had an amazing experience at Ideal Image. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by D, who is essentially a Disney princess—kind, sweet, and undeniably an essential employee. When I asked where the restroom was, instead of just pointing, she escorted me. That level of attentiveness set the tone for my visit. My experience only got better when I met Lindsey Lorenzo, who performed my Botox treatment. This wasn’t my first rodeo, and I truly appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and her effort to understand my goals. She explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. Her gentle touch made what could be an uncomfortable procedure virtually painless, especially under the supervision of Marissa. Throughout the entire process, Lindsey walked me through each step, which helped calm my nerves—I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Beyond the excellent service, the center itself is spacious, warm, and filled with natural light—a perfect environment for a beauty treatment. Bonus points for the complimentary coffee and water! I worked with Lindsey today she did my upper lips and under arms. She was really caring of my skin care and didn’t even let me leave without putting sunscreen on at the clinic. I loved her warmth and I totally trust ideal image. My underarm hair is basically non existent and only needs a touch up once or twice a year super super cheap now. I didn’t even know this would be possible for my black thick hair and my skin type with dark skin.

Cary is absolutely amazing—she’s professional, friendly, and makes every session a breeze. Her expertise and care really stand out, and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve seen already. The front desk staff are also fantastic—super welcoming and efficient. They always ensure everything runs smoothly, and I appreciate how the appointments always start right on time. I love the staff at Midtown especially Cary! I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect with my first cool sculpt session and the time and care she took with me was so sweet and informative. I remembered how I felt with her when I did many sessions at the other location and was quickly reminded that I was in great hands! Thank you to the entire staff for being so caring and accommodating! I keep coming back for many reasons!! It’s all worth it!!

It was pretty great. I loved my sales person, Raluca. In my professional opinion she does what she does because she loves the client interaction not because she has to “sell”. I owned a very successful fashion wholesale business that was solely based on sales and client relationships. I would have definitely had her on my team. She should be commended for her success and her abilities. Each and every employee I came in contact with was great! I heard there is a new COO doing great things!! All in all, 10 out of 10!
