Do not understand how this place has high ratings. Took my mom for a first time appointment. Came 20 min earlier to fill out all docs. 35-40 min AFTER my appointment time I went to speak to the receptionist who didn’t APOLOGIZE or have ANY EMPATHY for wasting our time. There are 10 people waiting in the lobby … just sitting here waiting to get care. It’s insane to me that we’re the paying customer and if we’re late by 30-45-60 minutes our appointment will be cancelled but the doctor office takes their time with constant delays and doesn’t even apologize with the assumption that in the end they’re getting compensated for their services. I will never be back here again

Super Service, Extremely Professional with Excellent Bedside manners and knowledge and Expertise and gentle skin treatment applications. We are glad we found her and her office.. Good and great Dermatologist are hard to find and not many in Miami. Her Staff is very professional and caring and efficient Like Elon Musk! Smith A Dawson III

The doctor was too fast with my visit. He didn’t seem too interested. The same with my first visit and this one my second visit. I’m not planning to see him again.
