Also thank you to the medical team and the front desk and everyone else at Moon I am very happy with every area and aspects of the process of my surgery, including the results I recommend them. also. Also, Eric, I can’t forget about Eric. Eric has the biggest hands that you can imagine when he quizzes you his quizzes everything in one shot and that also feels good when you have fluids inside that they need to be retrieved so overall between Silvia and Eric is very hard to pick but you can pick any of the two because they’re great both of them.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Sep 24, 2024 I got “lipo 360” zero chances and they left a burn on my stomach and it been 6 months. What a waste of money and pain. Also don’t get massage with them. They made we waited for hours( one day I had to wait for 4 hours ) just for the woman to barely touch me because apparently I was bleeding too much and she didn’t wanna clean it up (about 10-15 sessions for 2-4 hours of waiting for my 3 massage appointment and the massage was supposed to be an hour long) also I know there was zero work done bc all the swelling was in my back and I told him that I didn’t need that much attention there and everything wanted to be removed was in the stomach area and that’s the area he didn’t touch (I guess he didn’t do any work because he think I’ll come back if he didn’t remove everything)

Will add more later Añadiré más más tarde - being realistas and considering the reasonable fees and the profesional team and doctor oversight and attention to detail Moon works quickly with many additional services offered but they are optional. I am very happy with my time there and trust the team and would go again.

Worse experience of my life. They botched my stomach. I have scars everywhere. The fact that I didn’t speak Spanish made the experience even worse. The woman who was massaging me yelled at me in Spanish and gave me directions in Spanish. I don’t speak the language. It’s would be nice to have someone who spoke English to direct me in what positions I should lay in. I literally wanted to cry. I don’t want to ever relive that moment.

Moon is trying not to refund my money. After months of trying to contact them they are rude and ignorant. Breaching their own contracts and employees not knowing the policies or industry standards. If they do not contact me I will sue, I have all the proof. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. There telling me that there’s a 2 yr limit on refunds…. I have there cancellation policy in hand …. Another lie.
