My Cosmetic Surgery

Awful organization, poor management and lack of communication skills I travelled from NC to Miami just to have a consultation with Dr. Jeffrey, they told me that Monday 2/24/2025 the Doctor will be performing surgeries so my appointment will be the following day at 9:00 A.M. Monday at 2:25 pm I received a text message from them to confirm my appointment, I replied immediately, Monday around 6 they send me another message saying that the Dr will not be available because Tuesday he has surgeries, I spoke with Kensy she told me that the other girl make a mistake, she don’t know why she even send me a confirmation message when apparently she knew that the Dr will no longer be there for consultations.. They want to know if I was interested in coming in Wednesday instead? Like they can play with your time just like that . I bought my ticket Sunday-Tuesday just for this appointment, paid hotel, rental car just for this awful clinic to cancel on me knowing that the doctor was not there that day!! They have the audacity to call me the next day like nothing happened the day before!!! AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL PEOPLE not wonder why they have 43 lawsuits and so many complaints about refunding your deposit money( this my finance find out after this awful experience)

Great experience and results I got my BBL with doctor Mcdonald on may 2023 he did a great job Elianny was who did the physical therapy and massage she did a awesome job 😀 👏 ❤️

My review was deleted ! But upon my last review in the clinic not doing anything with the refund! The owner said they’d reach out. They did they process my refund on 8/24/2023 i was supposed to receive $6,700 unfortunately they refunded me $3,700 in which it never came through because my bank send me a notification that showed that my refund of 3,700 was declined by the clinic! And id had to reach out to the clinic for further questions about the transaction! My attorney reached out to the refund department and the specialist PAOLA LOPEZ said it was fully refunded 8/24/23 on 8/25/23 i reach out she send me an invoice for the 6,700 and once i explained to her that on my end it showed a declined refund from the clinic with the missing 3,000 she said that the clinic will in fact refund me in partial payments and brushed me off. Which isnt what was agreed! Now im stuck in a position which jeopardizes my family due to them giving me a date of refund and the need i have for the $ and they dont seem to care so on monday 8/28/23 my attorney will be reaching back out to My cosmetic clinic on coral way to check what happened and if they cannot get it together we will proceed with legal actions since the staff is not very educated rude and will only show interest as long as your giving them $ please DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT GO THERE! Specially if theres a mishap and you cannot continue with your procedure because you will be given a run around for your $. I ask to speak to supervisor customer service refund department even the owner and they still gave me a run around i have pictures and screenshot to prove everything thats being written here but its not letting me upload them but i am willing to use them for legal actions and im willing to use it to back up every word i have just said

I can’t recommend this place enough. The team is super attentive and helpful. They’re very flexible and work with you to setup your payment options and are always willing to help. I first went there with my wife and since I became a regular with Dr. Edelisa Moredo. She’s the only one who’s been able to keep my skin looking sharp. She’s very knowledgeable and professional.
