I had the pleasure, of meeting Jessica yesterday, for laser hair removal. She is so sweet, professional and excellent with technique/equipment. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the spa is clean and inviting.... If you are like me, and tried laser years ago, it is NOT the same. It is now virtually pain-free! They currently have a great promotion running. I am so glad they are in my neighborhood.

I have been to the Palmetto Medspa a few times, for Botox and fillers and I can truly say that they are amazing! Jessica is so friendly and polite and very professional and makes you feel at home. Jaime did and does an amazing job in keeping me looking young! He explains everything prior and during the procedure and goes at your pace. My results are flawless! Go and check them out! They are convenient and affordable and highly recommended. They always have the best specials for every occasion.

Perfect place. Has everything you could ask for, clean, friendly, easy to find and best is availability. I have had two tattoos that I have been wanting to remove for years but never did because I couldn't find the right place. Jessica is the best. She is polite and takes time to make you feel at ease. She goes at a pace where you feel comfortable and if you are willing to keep going she powers on like a machine. At no time did I feel like she was getting tired and just wanted to get me out. They really care about giving you the best results possible. So be at ease that they aren't just trying to have you keep coming back just to charge you.
