This place doesn't deserve one star, I bought a groupon to use with them. I called for an appointment and the first thing they said, " You need to buy more treatments". This is without asking me any questions. I asked if I can come in for an app, she gave an app for Monday at 10:30 a.m. I came 15 minutes early, I got to the place and door is locked and lights off. I waited until 10:45 and I finally left. This place doesn't know anything about being professional or how to run a business. How dare you play with people's time like that.

I have got to say that this place is awesome! Yuri was the person that attended me through out the entire process and she could not have been more polite and helpful. She filled me in from A to Z as to what was going to happen from initial session to possible sided affects and results. She left nothing to wonder. I went in for laser hair removal. I was a bit shy at first but she made it fell as if I went there over 100 times. And I must mention how beautiful and modern the place is!! Can't wait till my sessions are over to see my end results. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Yuri and her teammate are beyond helpful and very friendly and respectful. My experience for the past 9 months been lovely. I love the atmosphere at the spa and how they have treated me throughout my laser hair removal journey. Thank you for always being nice and caring. Highly recommend.
