If I could leave one star I would! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I’m writing to share my deeply concerning experience during my recent visit to your spa for a facial. Unfortunately, the service I received not only fell short of expectations but also left me with visible bruising, which is entirely unacceptable for a professional spa treatment. I went in for a derma-planing facial on 11/11 which the esthetician cut off my hair line! After noticing the bruising, I immediately brought the matter to the attention of the manager, hoping for assistance and a resolution. However, instead of addressing my concerns with care and professionalism, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. This lack of support has left me feeling both frustrated and disregarded as a customer. This experience has caused me physical discomfort and emotional distress, and I cannot recommend your establishment to anyone. I strongly urge you to review your procedures, staff training, and customer service policies to ensure this does not happen to others.

I visit Miami once a month and everytime I'm here I come for a full body massage. Sonia is my favorite masseuse ! She's so good!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Botox treatment I received on January 19th. Despite purchasing a 20-unit Groupon voucher the results have been unsatisfactory after only three weeks. My crow's feet remain unchanged, and I am being asked to pay for a touch-up. Given my history of consistent Botox treatments every four months, this outcome is unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking services at this location.

I had a massage with Sonia that wasn't the best. First of all, I think she was sick. She was coughing and sniffling during the massage. As a nurse, I know that coughing isn't a sign of seasonal allergies and she was a nurse and should know that too. It isn't cool to come to work suck to pass out on to others. Secondly, and most importantly, she needs to cut her nails. I'm also a massage therapist and know that the first thing you learn is to cut your nails. It was like being massages with forks in her hand. She kept taking small breaks to catch her breath and she was taking her way through the massage like if she was going through the steps and couldn't remember what to do she didn't do much extremity work and was all over the place. She went din back to legs, over the sheet which I hate, and back to the upper back, it wasn't smooth at all. The best part was that I feel asleep for the last 15 minutes so I could tell you more about it. She said that skd doesn't like turning people over to work in their anterior body but maybe it was a blessing is disguise because of her sneezing and coughing. I'm never using her again...

I have been a member for 8 yrs already. Loved Alcira and Sheyla. But is getting harder and harder to schedule multiple appt for one day. I always have extra services that I like to share with my mom and there's not always availability.
