They are amazing. Maria who was my staff advisor could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. Each call I made prior to visiting the show room helped me feel more and more excited about starting to use the line. I had two separate new clients over the past few weeks that mentioned Ybera Paris products. I was as to locate them. The staff was unbelievable working with me to learn the product line and more. They have a few different lines and spent all the time I needed to learn what was best for each of my clients. Then went above and beyond to be sure I knew each one inside and out. How they worked. Then how to apply for the best results. I am so excited to begin my journey with them. The products are non toxic. Which is perfect for clients and myself as a stylist.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service and the treatment I received for my hair. How is it possible to visit a salon for a change and, instead of feeling encouraged, be met with criticism about your hair? A salon should make you feel confident about the transformation you’re seeking. Unfortunately, my hair was cut terribly. Although this salon was recommended to me, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Another thing, the only thing I heard from the stylist were complaints about the percentage she earned from the treatment I received for my hair. This should never have happened.

I have been getting Keratin every 4 months since September of 2022. I had no issues the previous times and I’m not sure if the batches have changed but these last two keratins have DESTROYED my hair. My stylist even reached out to Ybera Paris to inquire on the batch and maybe get solutions and she was ignored. We tried again and thought maybe it was the bottle but this last keratin left my hair dry, brittle, breaking off. My hair is tangled minutes after being brushed. My hair is not smooth, straight or shiny. I have broken pieces all over, my hair at the roots are standing up and still curly and my hair looks like I have split ends even after JUST trimming inches and layers to try to improve its appearance. I look like I have cobwebs kn my hair. My hair was GORGEOUS before, completely virgin and smooth and now it looks like I’ve bleached it and fried it. I’m so sad. Do not use these products!!!!!

The product they sold me damaged my hair, I spoke with the person in charge of the whatsapp, and she wasn't really concerned about my needs, and only kept silence, then 3 months later I thought I saw they overcharge my card the monthly payments I agreed to pay, it was supposed to be $67.95 for 4 months, the product cost me $271, 4 payments is what I agreed to pay, and I thought they have charged me 5, so I text the stupid lady that is in charge of their whatsapp, and she blocked me. I know she did it because the messages is showing with just one checkmark and not 2 as the other ones I sent this same day and they went through. I would recommend you to stay away from this company, the product they sold me damaged my hair, I was ignored when I spoke my concerns and now blocked for asking. Very bad customer service in whatsapp for a product that damaged my hair, and is very expensive for what you getting.

Great shampoos & treatment for all kinds of hair! I highly recommend this place!
