Every single person I interacted with, from the salesperson to the doctors, nurses, massage therapist, front desk staff, and even the follow-up doctor, were incredibly friendly, caring, and amazing. The level of kindness and compassion shown by each team member was truly impressive. I felt valued, supported, and confident in their care. And the best part? I'm so happy with my results! Girls, I wish you good luck at this clinic. I advise you to bring your water, snacks, and be very patient when consulting with them... and if you have an appointment, it's like you didn't have one. If you ask the girl in the lobby, she'll tell you one thing. If you call Carmela, she'll tell you another, and you have to see who you believe... There is no respect for your time, you wait and wait and wait for hours! And it's disorganized to the highest degree. If they know that the appointments are overdue, they should call the client and let them know, or give them a new appointment, but don't play with the person's time. I hope you have good luck, and I hope you take into account a patient's observations and not just their money.

My first time getting Lipo 360 with J-Plasma was an amazing experience! The staff at Evolution MD are incredibly professional, kind, and thorough—they explain everything in detail so you feel completely at ease. Dr. Lipo is fantastic; he comes in, gets the job done efficiently, and before you know it, you’re finished! The entire team made me feel so safe and comfortable heading into the operating room. If you’re on the fence about it, trust me—just go for it! Evolution MD is truly the place to go for plastic surgery. I’m only three days post-op, but I couldn’t wait to share how great my experience has been. The massage therapists are absolute sweethearts, and the front desk staff downstairs—those two are amazing! I’m so glad I chose them for my first time!.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12pm. At 1:15. I was still waiting for my consultation. I got up and walked out after being told several times that the doctor would see me shortly. My time is money also and I don’t think it’s respectful to keep a potential patient waiting for such a long time I was outraged and as I said, I got up and left. Oh, by the way, you better bring your own water cause they don’t even have that to offer you.

WORSE!!!!! I got the worst results from my lips with Dr Velilla even after getting all the massages and everything they recommended. Not only that but when I asked to see the doctor again the want to charge me $250 for a revision even tho I never got to see the doctor again after my surgery! DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY WILL TREAT YOU JUST LIKE ANOTHER NUMBER AND YOULL RUIN YOJR BODY
