I had a great initial visit with Maria Victoria Laserna and her team. I appreciated the thorough explanation throughout the entire process and that she provided clear next steps to set expectations. I never felt rushed or that they were insincere and they made sure I was able to ask my questions and understood the responses.

PA Laserna is the best in the game and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! She treated my acne in 2 months and you can just tell she truly loved what she does and wants to help patients build confidence in their own skin. Thank you so much!! Everything in the office is welcoming and nice.

I typically don't leave Google reviews for healthcare, but I don't feel comfortable letting Maria's only review be so negative and in my opinion, wrong. I just had my first consultation with her, and I found her to be a very good health-care provider on every level. She took her time to hear me. She took her time to examine me. She addressed all my concerns. She provided a short-term plan for improving my quality of life. And lastly she proposed a longer term plan defended with solid logic and addressing every point I had brought up in our discussion. I'm old school, and I'm reluctant to say I was sure about seeing "just" a PA. My concern was grossly misplaced. I would put this PA up to par with any dermatological MD I've seen in the last 20 years (and I've seen a few.)
